What do you like best about the leadership team?

They let us do out job. They trust us enough to do what they hired us to do and stay out of the way. They also support innovation and new ideas/processes. They are NOT afraid of taking chances to make things better, even if it fails.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Most of the management has NO experience in their position. My manager was an over grown child and sulked when he didn't get his way, very unprofessional.

EVERYTHING! They constantly talk about us being a team but then announce policies or make exceptions to existing policies that completely underminecany hope of teamwork.

Management needs to realize the slackers lie to avoid work. They need to fact check these stories in real time.

As long as a division is profitable sr management can abuse belittle and condescend staff without recourse

Responding to agents quickly when there is a crisis with clients.
