What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Being able to work remotely allows me full use of my time, and then some. Because of company culture, I have no problems putting in extra time if needed. Management stays out of the way and allows us to do our jobs.
It is a large company but very family oriented

Management promotes a great culture and environment. Has little tolerance for toxicity.
Willingness to come together for a common goal
Most everyone has a family back home so we are all happy to be here but happy to be home with family. Its a good work like balance energy here.
As for the people you interact with regularly, you’re all in the same boat. It’s the higher up centralized executives that need to re-evaluate how they conceive of and treat their work force.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Purge management roles with younger and more progressive candidates, current group still depends on paper schedules
Division management. One minute they are acting like they are our mothers then best friends then some benevolent dictator. All the while being taken advantage of and played by a group of greedy and unethical sales counselors.
