We have people there when I get there. I had a baby so I am around people that look like they care, they havd kids possibly or want them. They possess a likeable power, use of technology helpful. They say things easily.

If you are interviewing for a crew member position, I would definitely call to follow-up after 48 hours with no word from the interviewer! As I said, crew members are hired on the spot.
