How employees describe working at Darden Restaurants
In my overall experience working with this company, there is no real leadership where I work, executive Chef is incapable of maintaining any structure within the kitchen. Therefore it's like a boys club where issues or concerns never get solved.
We all know how to work as a team except when the executive aint slappin employees around.
Outstanding manager and staff and food
it is what it advertises. Very nice service. the products don't align with my personal dietary restrictions but they're very open about what they advertise. I go to Olive Garden anyway because it's good. However, it is a bit pricey and at times the quality isn't worth it. (undercooked pasta)
They are honest and up front
