Four years in, my headship has been top notch the whole time. I started the week Covid shut everything down. Darden went above and beyond in making sure that the boots on the ground had everything we needed to safely run our restaurants. And the measures to care for their Team Members impressed me.

I can always depend on my leaders to point my in the best direction.

Go back to the basics---Guest-Employee--Investor priorites folks--Quality-Value- & Service-- nobody remembers those days--employes begged for shifts-wow, those were the days!!

The GM needs to learn to support his team members and value them. The GM also needs to follow through on things he says he will. He needs to support his team instead of tearing them apart.

Lower prices for benefits and more options

Higher rates and full health benefits.

Yes all the time..specially by manager.

If you worked the number of hours it to complete all assigned tasks successfully, we were looking at 70 hour weeks, not to mention the close-off-open-mid- off-open-close--vindictive GM

There is no trainings in the kitchen which make for an uncomfortable shift when the chef does feel it's an issue.

On days when certain staff and managers are there, the environment can be great.

Supportive leadership and encouragement to advance

The prevailing desire on the part of the staff to deliver excellence in their work.

Nothing extremely toxic work place.

We celebrate culture every day. We celebrate wins and we recognize achievements and the hard work that goes into making it happen. We have fun competitions that drive our teams to really take pride in their work. And it shows, at the end of the day.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

In my restaurant, favorites are clear.

The GM needs a better attitude. Needs to stop harassing employees and bullying them.

Better management. Management that are there to have a good sales shift.

Start doing right by everyone that works here not select other like I said run server sales and see how only select few kept a full section

Go back to being a "fish house"--maybe not all the way back to the nautical uniforms, but i tell you, not happier crew (or guests)

Hiring standards, firing standards, pay

No one really cares, people just show up and do the absolute bare minimum. They are unsanitary and disgusting.
