Four years in, my headship has been top notch the whole time. I started the week Covid shut everything down. Darden went above and beyond in making sure that the boots on the ground had everything we needed to safely run our restaurants. And the measures to care for their Team Members impressed me.
I can always depend on my leaders to point my in the best direction.

The GM needs to learn to support his team members and value them. The GM also needs to follow through on things he says he will. He needs to support his team instead of tearing them apart.

We celebrate culture every day. We celebrate wins and we recognize achievements and the hard work that goes into making it happen. We have fun competitions that drive our teams to really take pride in their work. And it shows, at the end of the day.
In my restaurant, favorites are clear.
The GM needs a better attitude. Needs to stop harassing employees and bullying them.
Better management. Management that are there to have a good sales shift.
Start doing right by everyone that works here not select other like I said run server sales and see how only select few kept a full section
