
On days when certain staff and managers are there, the environment can be great.
The prevailing desire on the part of the staff to deliver excellence in their work.
Nothing extremely toxic work place.
We celebrate culture every day. We celebrate wins and we recognize achievements and the hard work that goes into making it happen. We have fun competitions that drive our teams to really take pride in their work. And it shows, at the end of the day.

That's the one thing management was good at. They may not appreciate anyone financially. But they sure to give out verbal reassurance liberally

I think every aspect of darden could use some improvement. Oir management team doesnt communicate properly with staff and it slows things down and causes co fusion with every aspect of our work. When we are not all on the same page we do not execute our mission 100%. I think a big FOH change should
