What would you improve about your company's interview process?
To be honest about how stations are manned and how cross utilization starts.
Couldnt say, have no idea.
N ok this takes too long iit said 6 p seconds the lies
I would change nothing at all
Have managers that are doing the interview be genuine and not fake
They hire anyone that walks in the door with no quality control measures.
