My coworkers, we really are like family. We have each other's backs on the floor, for the most part. And we want us all to succeed. There is competing that happens, primarily because the management teams sole focus on everyone's numbers every single shift, so it does create a stressful environment

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There is no trainings in the kitchen which make for an uncomfortable shift when the chef does feel it's an issue.

Treat everyone fairly maybe give other servers a chance see that they can be good assets to the team as well

To stop the harassment that my psychologist described as a toxic working environment and why would they stop when all of management is encouraging and looking the other way.And i can say that's dangerous that can get someone hurt or even worse. Management is lucky that im a follower of Christ

Our staff continues to get worse and worse. I have been with the company for some time now and the hiring process or training programs have been altered and are now causing an influx of unmotivated individuals who are not even willing to do the basics needed to keep the restaurant running smoothly.
