48 hours tops! For a management position (in order to give corporate a minute to discuss) otherwise you'll usually hear right on the spot! If you are interviewing for a crew member position, I would definitely call to follow-up after 48 hours with no word from the interviewer! As I said, crew members are hired on the spot.
