The management is just there to micro-manage and create reports for upper management. Very structured format and NO open box thinking.

It won't happen with this company as long as Frank Bisignano and his buddies run the company. When we merged with Fiserv one of them said " I can believe the way First Data treats its employees".....not soon after Frank became CEO ......the original Fiserv people were so disappointed.
