Thinking through, and considering implications of, decisions made that negatively affect the employees that keep the company running. Stop making a lot of major changes too close in timeframe. Go to the correct people to help make those decisions.

Eliminating social engineering in the work place. We need to get back to treating everyone with respect regardless of background or personal life. They've created an environment that highlights any trending social group or cause, except Christianity or traditional family values.
Stop spending sponsorship $$$$$ (Nascar / baseball / etc) when expenses need to be cut. Cut exp in sales/mktg instead of closing locations. INVEST IN INTERNAL TECHNOLOGY to improve processes. Listen to employee feedback & actually put it to use. False inflating company "growth" via acquisitions.
