I felt like my Manager was completely up front with me about the current state of the company, the steam and his short and long term goals. He asked good questions and answered all of mine.

You know they have your back and will be working longer and harder than you will because they are that dedicated to their jobs, their employees and their customers. Every project is important to them and so is every employee.

Knowing I am making a difference in someone else's life. If I am helping other companies to support their customers, then their customers are happier and that makes me feel like I am part of something greater than myself. I love to contribute and know I am making a difference.
