Great place to work. Lots of change for the good going on.

GC Services have people in Management that doesn't need to be there. They do not behave professionally and they retaliate against their employees.

This company has so many dedicated, long-term employees who have been with the company 20+ years! There is definitely a promote from within culture and plenty of opportunity for growth at all levels. Compensation and benefits are solid. vacation policy is not the best.

Family environment, where management is genuinely concerned and actively engaged to help make everyone succeed.

Lots of new blood in the organization that's making positive change.

Most of the company's executives started out at entry level positions. This demonstrates that with hard work and dedication the company does provide opportunities for career advancement and growth.

You know they have your back and will be working longer and harder than you will because they are that dedicated to their jobs, their employees and their customers. Every project is important to them and so is every employee.

GC Services Leadership works incredibly hard--long hours, weekends, evenings, you name it. They are 100% dedicated to their jobs and treat every single customer project as if it was the only project. They treat all our employees with respect, no matter who you are or how long you have been there.

Bonuses have improved and vacation time has been restored.

Pay is good and health and insurance benefits are also good.

My team members all work hard and help each other out however they can. I feel supported and listened to, and I know they have my back.

That we have regular meetings where goals are established and outcomes are measured. We are never in the dark about where my team is at when it comes to achieving goals, no matter how tough they may seem to be. My team helps me to achieve my best, and I help my team & coworkers achieve their best.

My team is there for me and I am there for them. We all trust and support one another. No one is left out and everyone counts and matters.

Every member of my team works hard and pulls their weight. They are smart, resourceful, quick-thinking and are always there to provide support no matter what. They take time to check in to see how you are doing even when you are working remotely. We know we can count on each other.

The company is more open to remote work now, and that is really helpful for a lot of employees.

It's very rare that you find someone frowning. It's always better to work in a positive environment where you feel like you make a difference every day.

On-line procedures that facilitate the experience to be quick and seamless.

That the people doing the interviewing were the same as those who were in company videos. They were genuine and authentic about the position, job duties and what would be expected of me. There weren't any secrets.
