Its all about building. Building your team, building your coworkers. The approach is "let's teach you how to be successful in ___ area.
The company is more open to remote work now, and that is really helpful for a lot of employees.
It's very rare that you find someone frowning. It's always better to work in a positive environment where you feel like you make a difference every day.
