i have learned that sales customer service is forgotten and not care for all perks all go to sales everything praised is only in sales unless you have worked in cs for more then 5 years you are a favorite and praised . please stop having Sarah walk around micromanaging its a pandemic in this country

everything, customer service is the worst department you all treat us like nothing including management. over work and underpaid were force to work overtime every week and its still not enough for you .

to be paid for the amount of work we all do in customer service , we take calls and emails we dont get any log off time to work theses issues and were always being yelled at by Sarah to do more its never enough . Then pay more !

mangers need to learn how to talk and interact with employees.Management terrible attitude.Lazy leads that don't want to help you ask yet they ask to lead. STOP FAVORITISM this includes account mangers and cs reps that have worked longer then 5 years they mess up and need to be held accountable
