
I have been working towards being further ahead than I am now. I certainly see potential in the role and continue to attempt to improve my account package. I will be 60 years old and have decades of experience in sales and would appreciate an equitable relationship for my efforts.

I like the general day to day interaction with customers and colleagues. Since we offer so many SKU's, were often quoting on entirely different products and the discussions around that very so much.
Working at home has enabled me to work with no distractions. I can focus on my accounts with all the same resources afforded to me at the company offices. I also can easily work later if need which does happen.
I should be payed the salary an AM is paid $55K instead of the current $40K It is a challenge to generate enough business to hit my quotas with SMB companies, most of which are branches of larger accounts I don't manage.
