GXO has a lot of potential to be one of the best cultures in logistics. But until leaders are held accountable for how they treat people, particularly underrepresented groups, it will never be a truly great or inclusive place to work.

Building a company is fun and I work with a lot of great people. We are making great strides and we have opportunities to make change and make an impact.

I enjoy working with my team and the leaders who demonstrate positive leadership traits. Unfortunately we have a lot of leaders who do not exhibit those traits and it erodes the culture for everyone.

Negative behaviors are enabled that erode a positive working environment. These behaviors are ignored. Leaders are not held accountable for the experience they are providing, only middle managers and below are accountable for culture.
