My team is very collaborative and helpful. Always willing to step in when others need help. Will help even the workload.

Being challenged and exposed to a variety of tasks. Being asked what I want to do next in my career. Having the support of my manager and above to achieve those goals.

It's inclusive. Letitia King James has done a great job setting up BRGs and expressing inclusiveness. The Buzz Call on Thursdays is great way to bring everyone together to hear/see what's happening in the company.
Qual è la parte migliore del tuo compenso?
Compensation is good. More PTO time - nice to have dedicated volunteer time. Wish 401(k) match was a little richer. The health benefits are on par compared to other companies. Shooting for the stars - it would be great if we got a discount with customers (Nike, Google, etc.)
