I basically get paid 17 and hour to get screamed at over pld coupons and warranties
The pay nobody looks for more
The level of quailty and its wide range of different industry tools dpr all trades keeps me comimg back
I have been publicly yelled at. I've been met with animosity and annoyance or asking questions. Been met with rude comments. I was scolded for helping a customers and showing them where products are by a two supervisors at once ganging up on me. Have been told by management to ask someone else.
I would like to be recognized by the right people

Not flexible
Well it is all over the place. Work Hours are from 7am - midnight mostly so you get some days some nights, days off change every week.
It was flexible so long as it was over the 40 hours.

I met with the manager of the department i applied to. I heard back with in a day or two that they were moving forward with me. It took a few days longer to get through the background check and get setup to come in and start
Their interview process is extremely long. You have a panel interview all in one day. The director of talent acquisitions seems so uninterested although he is inspiring when he is speaking to a group. He says he remembers names but he still doesn’t know mine and never says hi when you walk past him in the hallways..

We wish he would take the time to walk around the office and at least prentend to know us
CEO has no noticeable day to day impact.

Customer oriented, respectful, and friendly, you will be stopped constantly by customers with questions and by the Leader On Duty to perform additional immediate tasks such as carry outs of oversize items, while performing your daily assignments. Punctual, be to work on time for assigned shifts without consistent call-outs or no-shows.

Ok i guess. Nobody really showed me the ropes per se but they answered any questions i had and let me observe them to see how they did their thing

Business dress for every interview everywhere always regardless of dress code of employer.

Seems good. Like i said they are expanding their brick and morter operations to meet customer needs while most other retailers are closing stores due to high overhead and diminished profits

Yes to background check. Drug test only in connection with a workplace accident/injury

Not very. They found something thar works for them and it is allowing their company to grow thier brick and morter business while most other retailers are closing or switching to online
