Respectful, positive, collaborative. There's an emphasis on the quality of work, we're often busy juggling between tasks, but don't cut corners . We enjoy team lunches, a relaxed atmosphere, and opportunity to follow our interests or areas where we want to grow.

Very good! People are professional, and still have fun. We work hard, and still have work/life balance. Leadership is always respectful and appreciative, although maintains high expectations and we enjoy a sense of pride with the top quality work (and reputation) at Harp.

Very nice. Friendly, a few laughs. The day has times when everyone's focused and quiet, and times when people are collaborating and chit chatting and moving around. A good mix.
