Respectful, positive, collaborative. There's an emphasis on the quality of work, we're often busy juggling between tasks, but don't cut corners . We enjoy team lunches, a relaxed atmosphere, and opportunity to follow our interests or areas where we want to grow.
Very good! People are professional, and still have fun. We work hard, and still have work/life balance. Leadership is always respectful and appreciative, although maintains high expectations and we enjoy a sense of pride with the top quality work (and reputation) at Harp.
Hard work but very rewarding. It is a fun, positive environment with great co-workers and the hard work certainly pays off.

Team lunches, beer fridge (it's beautiful), and occassional team outings. Bright, natural sunlight office space. One colleague occassionally brings her dog to work. The owner also believes in giving us the tools, time, and training needed to do quality work. There is more emphasis on the value-add than being a "perk playground." We're serious about a good's day work.

8.5-9 hours/days with a very fun, helpful team
The vibe is relaxed but busy. Lots to juggle, always interesting! A lot of successes that confirm we know what we're doing and are able to deliver greater ROI. Very rewarding in both short term day-to-day and long term "wins".
