Everyone at Harp is so open and helpful with each other. We have a ton of fun during brainstorming sessions, and selecting who tells the best bad jokes. The company is brimming with smart and creative people.

Employees are able to bring their dogs into the office.

I like that most of us go out to lunch together on Fridays. The office set-up is great because there are no traditional cubicle walls.
Work hard- play hard. 3 o'clock team games are something to look forward to each day.
Best work environment I've ever been in, and I can say that with 100% confidence and honesty. It let's me feel good about coming to work, and at Harp I'm producing the best work I've ever produced. The bar is high, and we all support each other to hit that quality every day.

All team members have plenty of expertise. The open office environment makes team collaboration easy.

There is always beer in the fridge for the end of the day and a putting green to work on my short game! The tasks and projects don't ever feel pointless. I never dread coming in to the office which is a nice change of pace from other jobs I have had, not to mention it's a dog friendly office.
At Harp, you get to go to work, and do the work you love, each and every day.
