There is always beer in the fridge for the end of the day and a putting green to work on my short game! The tasks and projects don't ever feel pointless. I never dread coming in to the office which is a nice change of pace from other jobs I have had, not to mention it's a dog friendly office.

Again investigate and terminate the store manager.

Get a new fair honest store manager and stop inabiling this one.
