Relatively flexible. As an exempt employee, I have certain core hours I must be available, with occasional work-from-home options should a family need arise.

Start out with 2 weeks 4 days, then after 5 years IT goes up to 4 weeks 4 days, and after 10 years it's 5 weeks 4 days. Vacation time, sick days, and PTO are all the same.

Horribly. You can never get ahold of them when you need something. You leave a message and they may get back to you in 24-2000 hours.
Can not reach anyone. No contact information anywhere. So confusing and annoying. Nothing but a run around
