I have been able to take advantage of opportunities that I had never imagined for myself, and have been challenged and frustrated, but satisfied and excited all the way through.

The leadership team is supportive of employees who show initiative. They are transparent if employees ask questions.

Upon comparing my salary to other positions in similar industries, I often find that it is lower. I get by, but it is rough sometimes.

The leadership team has changed and evolved in my time with the company. They have listened to requests for transparency into processes and organizational updates, and they have become more vocal and regular with regard to sharing business/company happenings.

My coworkers are all incredibly patient and supportive despite the fact that they are all moving quickly to complete many of their own tasks regularly. Every single one of them understands the importance of giving space to get work done, but balancing that effort with humor and a good ear.

The company has been adapting to better serve its employees over the years, not just with the WTF shift caused by COVID. Before then efforts had been made to improve employee satisfaction in several aspects. My manager is incredibly supportive and I believe this is because they act like an equal.

I have put in a great effort to understand the company's goals, and align them with my ongoing efforts. I feel as though I am at a point in my career where even a lateral move to another company would provide better compensation for the value my role brings to the business.

I like that I was able to take on a challenging role that gives me the opportunity to continue learning. But honestly, my team is what keeps me here. I couldn't imagine working with a more laid back, but also incredibly hardworking, dedicated group of people, who bring joy to life in so many ways.
