I have not been here long, but so far this is the best work environment I have ever experienced. Everyone should experience work environments like this!

I would say my coworkers and that it is a relaxed environment. I feel like an adult (as I should) and I am treated as such. I am given a task and expected to complete it, and I am not being micromanaged while do so.

The most positive about the culture is the want to learn more. We obviously don't know everything about everyone's background. However, we have many learning tools to help us become more aware of our differences and how we can accommodate and include everyone based on them.

I enjoy working with people that treats me as a person first and then an employee. Means a lot that they generally care about your physical and mental wellbeing. They understand that if your mind and body isn't taken care of, then you can not do your job properly.

I love the fact that they are considerate, informative and treat everyone as equals. I also love how they are very passionate about making sure that our company and workers are doing the best that they can and making sure that they have the tools in order to do so.

We work together very good. We are always looking out for each other and making sure that we have what we need to accomplish our task. I love that my manager constantly ask "what can I do to help you?" and if we have a full plate she is ready to jump in where she can!
