I have really enjoyed working at MEMIC. It is overall a great company that is working to make a difference and I enjoy being a part of that. I do not mind coming in to work every day as I have a terrific team that I work with.

I thought the interview process was informative. Some questions were challenging, but gave me a good insight into what the position would entail. My recruiter was friendly and super helpful anytime I had questions!

Overall, the employees at MEMIC are friendly and helpful. I had no insurance experience coming to MEMIC. I feel I can go to others both in and outside of my department for help or questions.

What I like most is from day one, the leadership team is available to meet employees at orientation and available. I feel comfortable approaching any member of the leadership team. They are all approachable and respectful.

The best part of my team is that I know that I can count on them. They are very helpful whenever I need assistance. When it comes to covering for each other for days off, it is seamless.
