Everyone that I spoke with on the phone and interviewed with in person was friendly. I enjoyed seeing the office space and meeting my managers. They asked challenging questions and I could tell that they want to hire great people.

too many inexperienced managers and technical staff. Claim counts for adjusters are too high so performance goals and customer service agreements can't possibly be reached
We went from not enough documentation and process to too much documentation and process, there has to be a happy medium in there somewhere.
The lack of respect and caring from some upper management has filtered down to my department. My manager tries but is also treated the same way.
