Pay us under market value for the region. Some employees do a lot more work than others and are not compensated adequately or acknowledged.
The employees are great, that's the one thing everyone can agree on, almost everyone is always available to help out or assist in anyway they can.
Pay attention to the employees that actually do the work, pay them at least market value, better training, provide a career path and growth, have actual team building events, hire experienced managers and invest in the people and listen to them.
