What does the leadership team need to get better at?
No leadership is provided except one department. All others are basically a joke. Lead positions don't pay attention to their subordinates and try to focus on their projects. True leaders provide guidance and wisdom to other. None of the management employees are doing that, except one.
Paying attention to the employees that are actually on the ground floor. Meaningless surveys mean nothing, actually talk to the employees.
