- What does the leadership team need to get better at?No leadership is provided except one department. All others are basically a joke. Lead positions don't pay attention to their subordinates and try to focus on their projects. True leaders provide guidance and wisdom to other. None of the management employees are doing that, except one.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?The compensation for all departments are way below average
- What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?My team consists of a bunch of passionate, talented, and driven people. There are others that are very similar to my department, but very a few. Again, lack of leadership skills is costing other departments to fail. There are also unmotivated employees that are focused on playing video games.
