Management is terrible. They treat you like your nothing but a number. And that you should be grateful that mohawk even gave you a job. And also management and supervisors are always looking for ways to fire you instead of giving any kind of praise. The morale is very low.

Simply by how they can suppress the income growth of the individual. They place a useless metric of year over year comp growth as the guide, without deeper looks within each customer and the market potential.
