Company is beurocratic and presents a false front to the world. Behind the scenes the focus is on profitability and shareholder return before caring about their wirkforce. Sustainability is a buzzword they exploit.

They honestly make sure you are taken care of the environment is clean and safe and you're treated like family

  • Vacation policy is average. 2 weeks after 5 years. The issue is you will be contacted and expected to respond while you are on vacation. They do not honor a vacation.

  • It is extremely high stress and long hours. Goals that are given are not attainable no matter how many hours you work. On average 60. You will also be expected to work from home in a 24 hour operation.

  • There are some really good ones and some really bad ones. I think during a interview process it would be very difficult to identify them. Plant leadership is solid but above that there are leaders with goals that are not going to be attainable.
