The way the inter react with us is phenomenal, they talk to us with the up most respect and really make your job that much more likable.
Very friendly and warm listeners
Review from Operations Dept
They always ask if there's anything I need or can they help with something
great to work with, excellent guidance and direction
They have helped me when I needed the help.
Actually carr about the workforce and making the workd a better place. The altruistic vision they spew is so false its rediculous. Its a house of mirrors.
It is am impossible situation to work for the Milliken family. Really, they should sell off the assets and quit trying to run a modern corporation.
The problem is the owners. They should sell the company to entrepreneurs who have the vision and drive to take it somewhere better.
Communication with their employees ..
Appreciating their employees. Safety and compensation are both a joke. They're not even competitive with fast food in the area. Policy says to only carry one yarn pack at a time for ergonomic reasons, yet we're reprimanded(by management) for doing so because it "degrades efficiency."
Retirement Fund and insurance benefits
80 hrs of paid time off as soon as you're hired into Milikin and great insurance premiums.
Team based incentives for compensation.
401K allows me to save for my future. So that o can hopefully retire and live a comfortable life after retirement.

This is the highest paying internship I've ever had ($20/hour). AND I get one day of PTO this summer.
Better pay rates, fair rates for all depts
Review from Operations Dept
Pay is not equitable. They say they pay for performance and for the job but there are many examples of different pay for the same job. Good oke biy network pays best. Get in the right group and youll go far.
Pay should at minimum pace with inflation. Employees who are loyal to the company should be compensated at or above new hires.
Year after year they demand extraordinary work with the implied promise of some future reward that somehow never materializes. What they demand from the rotating shift workers is inhuman.
If my pay kept up with inflation.
They are very thorough and consistent.
Takes initiative, very easy to ask for help
Review from Operations Dept
Most are good people and enjoyable to be around.
Everyone is nice and respectful
Cooperation and willingness to learn.
My co workers are fun to be around but lack in the area of being effective workers who stay on task.
Everyone for the most part is all about smiles and keeping things professional
The people, always smiling and appearing happy
Review from Operations Dept
Knowledge of work and meeting customers
They are very eco friendly
Safety and very responsive and respectful.
Management is invinsistent and poor at providing consistent messagung about objectives. Priorities change with the wind and you or the customer is never the priority.
If youre not going to listen, then dont ask
Communication better pay and upper management should really be investigated. Get threaten to get wrote up for attitude and upper man doesn't like to hear concerns or hear negative feedback about what they doing wrong or should fix
Review from Operations Dept
How welcoming they were is what did it for me
Everyone was very welcoming and explained things. They were very patient and positive.

Chance to meet many people
Telling me how good my benefits are an how well the job is
they way we were heard
The main interviewer was obviously an alcoholic. They should employ someone without such an obvious personalty flaw.
It needs to be shorter.
Understanding your job and what needs to be done
Not too many stresses, relaxed feel about the place.
Review from Operations Dept
Great coworkers, feeling welcome on the team, and my pay rate.
My coworkers and the hard work and effort they put in right beside me.

I feel good about Milliken's sustainability efforts.
Senior leadership needs to be changed. Drain the swamp as they say. So much knowledge has already left the company they are a shell of their former selves. Honestly i think thats what they want. The current Milliken family has vastly different views than their forefathers whi built the company.
The Milliken family owners need to sell the company to someone who understands business in the 21st century.
We're currently working 5 10 hour days a week while swinging between first shift one week, and 3rd the next. It's killing us. I'm not being hyperbolic when I say that either. You can't bludgeon people's circadian rhythms like that at not expect physical consequences to your workers.
Communication micro managing better pay
