What did you like most about the interview process? How welcoming they were is what did it for me
What makes you most happy at work?Understanding your job and what needs to be done
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Everyone for the most part is all about smiles and keeping things professional
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Better pay rates, fair rates for all depts
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Senior leadership needs to be changed. Drain the swamp as they say. So much knowledge has already left the company they are a shell of their former selves. Honestly i think thats what they want. The current Milliken family has vastly different views than their forefathers whi built the company.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Management is invinsistent and poor at providing consistent messagung about objectives. Priorities change with the wind and you or the customer is never the priority.
