Understanding your job and what needs to be done
Not too many stresses, relaxed feel about the place.
Review from Operations Dept
Great coworkers, feeling welcome on the team, and my pay rate.
My coworkers and the hard work and effort they put in right beside me.

I feel good about Milliken's sustainability efforts.
When it is time to get off
I get to learn different things an bettering myself at what im doing
The way Milliken treats us , we feel valued
The salaried managers and the people
All team members are pulling in the same direction and work effectively to be successful.
Senior leadership needs to be changed. Drain the swamp as they say. So much knowledge has already left the company they are a shell of their former selves. Honestly i think thats what they want. The current Milliken family has vastly different views than their forefathers whi built the company.
The Milliken family owners need to sell the company to someone who understands business in the 21st century.
We're currently working 5 10 hour days a week while swinging between first shift one week, and 3rd the next. It's killing us. I'm not being hyperbolic when I say that either. You can't bludgeon people's circadian rhythms like that at not expect physical consequences to your workers.
Communication micro managing better pay
