This is the highest paying internship I've ever had ($20/hour). AND I get one day of PTO this summer.

Better pay rates, fair rates for all depts

Pay is not equitable. They say they pay for performance and for the job but there are many examples of different pay for the same job. Good oke biy network pays best. Get in the right group and youll go far.
Pay should at minimum pace with inflation. Employees who are loyal to the company should be compensated at or above new hires.
Year after year they demand extraordinary work with the implied promise of some future reward that somehow never materializes. What they demand from the rotating shift workers is inhuman.
If my pay kept up with inflation.
Work does not match pay. Management treats emoyess like they are beneath them

I've been with the company for over 2 years and make the same wage I started at even though I have learned other jobs. We have been told the more you know the more you can make but this has not seemed to be the case and even when asking about raises we get unclear answers as how to get them.
