Good just lack of work during winter
Management is terrible. They treat you like your nothing but a number. And that you should be grateful that mohawk even gave you a job. And also management and supervisors are always looking for ways to fire you instead of giving any kind of praise. The morale is very low.
Good pay 80 hours PTO and as long as you do your job it's a great place to work.
