Recognizing their good workers, and respecting our opinioms
Actually training workers without making them feel stupid. Having a consistent work schedule, upgrade the system that is out of date and/or unreliable, tracking performance and adjusting accordingly..
Leadership, paying attention to their emplyees, discontinue the "good ol boys" network.
Listening to their employees. Finding better lower end managers. Stop putting managers in place that have no management training and/or no leadership skills.
Hire all new management and start anew
It is better than nothing

Track performance and adjust accordingly. Pay attention to employees and who does what, who is valuable and who needs to improve.
The leadership team cannot understand that when the people reporting to them are better compensated, there is less of a push to want to leave, or, feel undervalued.
Knowledge, hard working, and respectful.
They do their best with what they got.

Alot of people need to learn to do the job
Speaking clear, improved English and wanting to teach new employees would be a good start. Office personnel could be more helpful and less miserable
Work as a team and the lead should be a part of that. They should not set themselves apart.
Discrimination and stop following the group
The “team” is new and we literally meet about meetings. We usually end 2-hour meetings with few or no real action items. It is frustrating.

I am able to make decisions and get things done.

Commitment to customers
They need to listen to the employees more and investigate issues. Not sweep them under the rug. They need to truly look out for employee safety. Ex. Fire alarms should go off when there is a fire.
The company breeds a system of separation. The circles are closed minded and deceitful. People are afraid to tell the CEO what’s really happening. The new VP of HR is a liar. If the CEO was made aware of real issues & the new VP would be more transparent, we could operate more cohesively.
