What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Recognizing their good workers, and respecting our opinioms

Actually training workers without making them feel stupid. Having a consistent work schedule, upgrade the system that is out of date and/or unreliable, tracking performance and adjusting accordingly..

Leadership, paying attention to their emplyees, discontinue the "good ol boys" network.

Listening to their employees. Finding better lower end managers. Stop putting managers in place that have no management training and/or no leadership skills.

Hire all new management and start anew

Stepping aside from their ego and realizing that the people reporting to them have ideas that can move the needle and positively effect business. They need to realize that relationships matter beyond just the Home Depot or big box stores.
