What needs to change to make the company culture better?

attitude, training, schedule, consistency, performance tracking

New managers. Trained managers. Managers who know what they are doing.

There should be better management training and a better human resource team.

Diversity and more females in distribution

an open culture of expression for ideas and concepts that are valued.

The company needs to stop promoting people who are not qualified.
