He founded several successful, national specialty finance businesses and is an accomplished business development professional, originating and managing over $2.0 billion of debt and equity investments. He serves as a Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors. He has been a Director of NBH Bank since January 1, 2017. Prior to joining NBH Bank in 2013, Mr. Randall served as the Director of CoBiz Structured Finance since 2011. Mr. Randall is a Trustee of the University of Colorado Foundation, supporting all campuses of the University of Colorado System. Mr. Sobers has been very active in the communities where he has resided, serving on the boards of numerous civic and charitable organizations. He is a member of the Foundation Board of the Moffitt Cancer Center. Mr. Sobers holds a BAS in Business Administration from Boston University.
