He has 27 years of leadership experience building successful commercial banking and specialty finance businesses and providing debt and equity capital to lower middle market businesses. He founded several successful, national specialty finance businesses and is an accomplished business development professional, originating and managing over $2.0 billion of debt and equity investments. He serves as a Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors. He has been a Director of NBH Bank since January 1, 2017. Prior to joining NBH Bank in 2013, Mr. Randall served as the Director of CoBiz Structured Finance since 2011. Mr. Randall is a Trustee of the University of Colorado Foundation, supporting all campuses of the University of Colorado System. He has been chosen as one of the finalists for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year award 2008 in the Midwest. Mr. Randall holds a B.A. degree in Economics from the University of Colorado.

Mr. Sobers served as an Executive of Consumer Bank-South Florida Region at Bank of America Corporation since May 2006 and also served as its Senior Vice President. He served as Customer Service and Solutions Executive, responsible for the 36 Deposit and Card client service call centers; Premier Banking and Investments Regional Executive for Merrill Lynch Wealth Management. Mr. Sobers served as the President of Tampa Market at Bank of America. He serves as Director of the Third Way Center in Colorado. He has been Director of NBH Bank since January 1, 2017. Prior to joining NBH Bank in 2012, he held several leadership positions at Bank of America, including as the Southeast Region's Consumer Banking Executive; as Customer Service and Solutions Executive; as Premier Banking and Investments Regional Executive for Florida and Georgia (now Merrill Lynch Wealth Management); and as Tampa Market President. Mr. Sobers has been very active in the communities where he has resided, serving on the boards of numerous civic and charitable organizations. He is a member of the Foundation Board of the Moffitt Cancer Center. Mr. Sobers holds a BAS in Business Administration from Boston University.
