Open to interaction and transparent to the extent I appreciate. CEO is smart, well respected, and seems to make great decisions. They care.
Perfect balance between experience and youth - so they still understand our culture and lead with that in mind.

Constantly reviewing and improving all facets of our business. There is a constant effort poured into making everything better.

Very flexible. They expect professional management of time and schedule, with your understanding that others depend on you showing up. A good balance.
