What do you like best about the leadership team?
Respect for CEO. Need to continue adding executives with experience with evolution of the business model. Managed COVID admirably, but tough on team. Keep leading.
Truthful. What they say is what happens.
Perfect balance between experience and youth - so they still understand our culture and lead with that in mind.
Open to interaction and transparent to the extent I appreciate. CEO is smart, well respected, and seems to make great decisions. They care.
They are reserved, calculated and premeditated. They know how to effectively execute in market
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Another manager and better communication and respectfullness and common curtisy to others .
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Fair salary. Upside promotion opportunity. Fair live / work balance. Want more equity.
It is very competitive. Not salary so increases are on you.
Stock options
Benefits package is constantly getting better as company grows. Salary is fair, but not high - or expected. Options are great.

The Opal values.
The people. Also open, comfortable office.
Constantly reviewing and improving all facets of our business. There is a constant effort poured into making everything better.

No support just try to fix it, is there solution.
