The company means well but there are many flaws that seem to be "stuck" in the system. Lower managers don't seem have the authority to make decisions that directly affect their work environment and staff.

Better pay raised for long term employees. Really reward company loyalty by paying people better and reduce turnover.

Hard if you’re working in operations and you have to work evenings and weekends. Easy if you have an office job and work Monday- Friday with evenings and weekends off.

We have annual associate appreciation week and some of the activities last year included a duck boat tour, crawfish boil, and baybears baseball game.
