Better pay raised for long term employees. Really reward company loyalty by paying people better and reduce turnover.

Varies. Sometimes it’s really busy and we’re slammed with activity. And then there are periods of slowness too. But it feels balanced.

Hard if you’re working in operations and you have to work evenings and weekends. Easy if you have an office job and work Monday- Friday with evenings and weekends off.

We have annual associate appreciation week and some of the activities last year included a duck boat tour, crawfish boil, and baybears baseball game.

I met with the department head of the position I was applying for. She called me one day after I had applied to set up an interview. I interviewed and was offered the job later that day. I started work the next week as I had other commitments preventing me from starting sooner.
