Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Raises are barely keeping up with infation. I want to be really rewarded for my loyalty
What are some of the best things about your team?
My current team is having many issues, so it's hard to come up with positive attributes. Some of the ream members are loyal and helpful.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I enjoy that the foods are fresh and when available, local. I like that they attempt to bring in local and authentic attributes to the property.

Clarity. HR team was precise in expectations and directions.

What makes you most happy at work?
Walking through the lovely trees down the path on my way to the building. Hearing people play live music. Interacting with the customers and meeting their needs and making them feel special. Helping with "particular" customers to turn their experiences around.
