I enjoy where I am. I make a difference in people's lives every day and don't plan on going anywhere else.
Work environment has become much more positive and supportive in my office as our team has shrunk.
Communication, listening, getting the opinions of lower level employees
Overall has been good. Good pay and hours. Having a voice in work flow.
There are a lot of politics that interfere with a smooth and consistent workflow, overall it is a great team that is willing to make changes together.
