PeaceHealth Leadership Employee Reviews

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Our current leadership team listens to our concerns and tries to make our department work for everyone.

The managers i have in my unit are very supportive and caring. Which is probably the only good thing about peacehealth.

They encourage education and career advancement.

They demonstrate open and honest communication.

Midlevel management puppets and forced to meet impossible standards- no humananity.

They are approachable and problem solvers. Even when the solution is not popular it is what's best for the most

Overall it's a decent place to work with great benefits.

Review from Customer Support Dept

My manager. She supported us through some real tough issues for us to grow.

Review from Customer Support Dept

My manager and directors value me as a person.

Review from Operations Dept

They make concerted effort to be transparent.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Honesty. Being a united front when things get tough.

They are in the bottom 5% compared to other organizations of the same size. Either perform better or remove yourself. They are only there for a paycheck, and bonuses. They do not care about our community or the people in it.

"Trancparency" is a word they like to use but they do not. In other words, they dont practice what they preach.

Appreciation and value for their employees

Review from Customer Support Dept

They could start by being more concerned with employees than their own pocket books. All departments are short staffed and nothing is done to prevent high turnover. They preach patient care, but spend more on the C suite salaries than people that actually work and care for patients, support staff.

They need to be leaders——at this time they are

Valuing their employees and understanding the importance of retention

Communicating better with the team and supporting the team. It constantly feels like leadership is ignoring the needs of the team.

Authenticity and accountability is lacking.

Additude, they are hostile to employees

Communication, listening, getting the opinions of lower level employees

Review from Operations Dept

Listen to the staffs needs so that work flow is better. Listen to the doctors needs. Fight for staffing. Learn to adapt to todays working staff.
